Intuitive Touch is not a bodywork modality. It’s a practice through which you become the modality.
You are not the healer—you are the conduit for healing. Your body becomes the tool and the technique pours through your hands as a devotional offering to your horse. You are the channel and your role is sacred service.
These bodywork techniques are simple, gentle and deeply powerful. You don’t need any previous training or knowledge of equine anatomy in order to offer your horse a deeply restorative bodywork experience.
The techniques you will learn are to ease your mind so you are free to drop into your most potent tool—your intuition.

Foundational anatomy + biomechanics
While the program doesn’t have a heavy focus on anatomy and biomechanics, it is still important to have a foundational understanding of your horse’s many structures and systems, both physical and energetic. This will help guide you in your sessions and complement your intuitive insights through a deeper understanding of which systems you may be feeling under your hands and how you may support your horse more holistically as they integrate the bodywork.
Intuitive Touch is built upon two primary pillars:
Without consent, the body cannot heal. Period.
A body that is forced and/or manipulated into receiving bodywork may experience superficial healing benefits, but those results will not hold if the body did not give consent to the work. A body cannot be coerced into a state of healing. It must be a willing participant.
CONSENT
There can be no co-creation without consent, which is why it is the foundation of this and all my work. Co-creation can occur when both you and your horse come together with a shared intention and desire. From this place of shared intention, you work together in dynamic and collaborative conversation, staying always in the present moment and feeling into the truth that is alive for you both.
Co-creation is a practice that requires deep trust, connection and authenticity on both sides. It is the most beautiful aspect of sacred partnership, in my humble opinion. And it is what you will learn to do in each bodywork session you offer to your horse.

How Intuitive Touch is Unique
Bodywork through being
The first step in Intuitive Touch is connecting with yourself. This means getting to know your own internal landscape (aka your emotional, mental, physical and energetic states of being). Through this practice, you can become a clear channel and connect with your horse as a conduit for their healing. In this way you step out of your ego self and into a space of sacred service.
Develop your intuitive gifts
This isn’t about a set of protocols or trying to “figure out” what the horse’s body needs. It’s about becoming clear enough to allow your body to be a conduit of service through your hands, your senses and your intuitive gifts. This is how you become the modality and the modality becomes you.
Trust your horse as the guide
Your horse is the real curriculum in this program. You will learn how to attune to your horse’s physical and energetic bodies and follow their guidance on exactly how the session needs to unfold for their highest healing. The most important ‘technique’ you will learn is how to listen to what your horse’s body is asking for.
Trust yourself as the channel
You are not the healer, you are the channel for healing. And in order to be of highest service to your horse, you must learn to trust in your innate and intuitive gifts. I will teach you how to discern between your logical mind and intuitive knowings so you leave self-doubt at the barn door and drop into a space of true connection and service.

Individualized 1:1 learning inside a group experiential education program
THIS IS NOT A ONE-SIZE-FITS-ALL, STRUCTURED OR LINEAR BODYWORK PROGRAM.
While you will learn foundational techniques and anatomy to get you started, each of our live teaching sessions will be completely individualized and based on the needs of the horse and student in practice. This means you will learn how to apply Intuitive Touch in real time during live video bodywork sessions with your horse.
Sometimes you will be the student of focus and other times you will be a session observer, learning as you witness your peers in practice.
No two sessions will unfold in the same way, which means you will learn an immense amount regardless of whether you are the practicing student or the observer. In fact, there is a lot of integration that occurs when witnessing others offering bodywork to their horses.
This format of individualized learning through live sessions came directly from the horses. I have never heard of a bodywork program running in this way and, personally, I think this is the coolest part of how the container is set up!

LOGISTICS
Your Intuitive Touch experience includes:
+ Eight weeks of bodywork education + mentorship
+ A series of live calls including:
~ 1x opening foundations teaching call
~ 2x live virtual practice sessions per student
~ 8-12 additional practice sessions to be witnessed and observed by the collective for group education and mentorship (number of calls determined by the number of students in the cohort — maximum SIX students)
~ 1x integration call
~ PLUS NEW THIS COHORT: 2x bonus live demo calls where I will work with horses from a local rescue and you will support as witnesses and distance practitioners
+ An ELEVATED Resource Library of modules to support your learning throughout the container including new and updated self-paced and guided practices to work with that will deepen your intuitive bodywork skillset
+ Community space to ask questions, submit practice videos for feedback and receive additional support between live practice sessions
Because practice sessions are held live, you must have internet access wherever you will be practicing with your horse. This is only necessary for your two live calls. All other sessions can be joined from anywhere and you do not need to be with your horse while you are observing the other students in their practice sessions.
Call times will be decided by the group once the cohort has filled. All calls will be recorded and included in the Resource Library. It is deeply supportive to watch the live practice sessions back whether you were the student of focus or a witness. There is so much value and wisdom to be gained from re-watching these sessions!

WHY LEARN BODYWORK?
All bodies need support
We live in a physical plane on a planet that is governed by gravity. This means our bodies will hold tension for any number of reasons from overexertion to injury to environmental circumstances to dietary changes to emotional trauma to the complex work of everyday life. Even the act of being born is physically taxing and can be quite traumatic! This means every body will need support at some point regardless of age, breed or activity level.
Build trust through connection
Offering horses bodywork in a consent-based and co-creative way is a beautiful connection practice. Intuitive Touch is a portal for relationship building through trust, being of service and time spent together without expectation. It is also a great way to discover how your horse is truly feeling in their body, as well as assess and track physical, emotional and energetic changes.
A set of skills you will use forever
I have spent a vast amount of time, energy and financial resources on various equine trainings and education. It’s been 10 years since my first bodywork training program, and I still say it is the best investment I have ever made as both a horse owner and professional. The skills you will learn and develop throughout this program will continue to serve you and the horses in your world for decades to come. This work isn’t even exclusive to horses—you will likely find it translates to other areas of your life in profound and unexpected ways!

Intuition development is the foundation of this program. So much of our relationship with horses happens in the space of subtle energy. This means that in order to offer bodywork in a consent-based and co-creative way, we need to learn how to listen to the horse’s subtle cues so we can let their body take the lead. But this is just the first step. Once you begin to attune to these subtle energies, you open the channel to receive intuitive information in the ways that are most aligned for you. Everyone’s journey and experience is unique, but your intuitive gifts will be given space to grow and develop within this program.
WHY LEARN WITH ME?
I have been a bodywork practitioner and educator for the past decade. In that time, I have studied multiple modalities from massage to fascial release to energy work to using tools like kinesiology tape, bodywraps and therapy pads.
I spent years riding, training and rehabilitating horses through focusing on building balance through proper biomechanics. I have participated in equine dissections, learning about the body from the inside out. In addition to being an instructor of other people’s bodywork modalities, I have developed multiple education programs to teach owners and professionals how to assess and support their own horses.
But all of that is only a fraction of why you should learn with me. And frankly, it’s the boring stuff. Because the truth is, it’s what the horses have taught me over that decade that matters most.
It’s the horses who taught me to put the modalities aside so I could learn how to feel the truth of their bodies and be a conduit for healing. They taught me how to re-connect to my intuition and open that channel in support of what their body is asking for in that exact moment. They taught me new techniques specific to their needs. They taught me how to follow the energy and innate wisdom of their bodies in order to offer them bodywork in a consent-based and co-creative way.
Add to this the years I have spent studying energy mechanics, working with clients in the spaces of Horse Wisdom, mentorship and personal development and my own energetic and psychic development work, and I have arrived at a place where I am able to quickly and effortlessly identify each one of my students’ unique innate gifts and exactly what is preventing them from actually cultivating them.
