HERE'S A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MY NON-HORSEY LIFE:
+ I'm a massive F1 fan. Charles Leclerc at Ferrari is my dream team.
+ If I didn't have horses (and dogs) I would drive a Porsche 911 Targa 4S.
+ I've moved house upwards of 20 times. Now my house has wheels.
+ My mom had tubal ligation surgery two years before I was conceived, which I'm told makes my existence a 'medical miracle'.

I also love to travel and explore, hike with my puppers and sing like I’m a paid performer. Good food + good people + deep philosophical and spiritual conversation = Heaven on Earth. The truth is, I live my work. It's impossible for me not to. I was born a truth seeker and every day is new opportunity to expand my consciousness. I love my life, I love my work and I feel truly blessed for every client I have the honour of serving and supporting.

A Lifelong Love

I have followed my love and passion for horses my entire life, and I still do.

I have explored the spectrum of the horse world from traditional to natural horsemanship, the conventional to the alternative, the science-based to the spiritual, and everything in between.

I spent years as a competitive rider and trainer before completely abandoning the ridden path to immerse myself into the teachings of Horse Medicine and cultivation of soul-led partnerships with my horses.

Through my pursuit of the extremes of the equine industry spectrum, I have found my way to embodying the middle path. To marrying the conventional with the alternative, logic with intuition, science with spirituality. 

I have experienced the highs and the lows of all corners of the ways humans have built lives and relationships with horses. I have done deep dives down many rabbit holes and spent countless hours in research and contemplation of all things horse-related.

Commitment and Devotion

I have become a devoted and committed student of the horse, my personal development and of life itself.

It is the culmination of all these years of vast experiences, plus the teachings of every single horse I’ve encountered along the way that create the unique perspective I hold and bring into all of the work I do as an equine professional. 

This dedication and love has led me to become certified as a Practitioner and Instructor of the Equi-Bow equine bodywork technique, as well as in Equine-Guided Facilitation, Leadership and Coaching. I am the host of Sovereign Horse, a podcast devoted to sharing the wisdom of horses and the voices of those who are doing revolutionary work within the equine industry. And I offer education and mentorship containers for horse owners and equine professionals who feel the call to work in partnership with horses through permission-based practices that honour their sentience and sovereignty.

Honouring the Ask

Horses have shared their immense wisdom and capacity for love with me. And through this, we have co-created meaningful lives together that are filled with purpose. Each day we work together toward expanding our individual consciousnesses. And through our individual work, we add to the expansion of the collective consciousness of both horses and humans.

For me, horses are the bridge between the self and all that is. They have been my path to sovereignty, a place from which I now create and work in service and devotion to theirs.

Horses have asked me to use my voice to speak on their behalf. To share their wisdom with others. To walk the path of true partnership alongside them. To be an example of what that life can look like. To help others who deeply desire to walk this path as well; those who know within their hearts there is a more joyful way, a more purposeful way and a more harmonious way to live alongside these extraordinary animals. 

And ultimately, to create spaces for the healing, empowerment and evolution of horses and their humans so that we may all rise, together.

Acknowledgements

I have studied with and been mentored by many spiritual teachers over the past decade. And while I did not receive certifications through my work with them, in many ways what I learned has been more foundational than any of the formal trainings I have done.
