There is a cosmic connection between horses and humans that isn’t easily translated into words, and yet it so palpable it cannot be denied.
The interweaving of horses and humans spans thousands of years. They carried us across countries as we discovered and settled new frontiers. They fought our wars and farmed our lands. In many ways, they are responsible for the survival and evolution of the human species. And although humans no longer need horses for survival, farming or transportation, we still feel drawn to them.
I believe that is because horses and humans are innately connected as a collective. That there is medicine and alchemy in our partnership. That we are invested in one another’s evolution, and that the partnership of our two species is mutually beneficial when we all rise together.

To elevate the collective consciousness of the value and purpose of horses from tools for human gain to honoured and revered as sentient and sovereign wisdom-holders.

Our work is rooted in supporting equestrians, horse owners and professionals in the movement toward a consent-based and co-creative way of being in partnership with horses. We believe that education, mentorship and advocacy are the primary pillars to creating this paradigm shift and fulfilling our mission.
Hi, I’m Angela.
There are a few things I know for sure and one of them is that I wouldn’t be the person I am today without horses.
I believe wholeheartedly that horses are a portal for deep and authentic reconnection to ourselves, and are willing partners on our path of self-development.
No one has been a greater catalyst for change in my life than horses.
The innate wisdom of a horse standing in his or her sovereignty is a powerful and potent medicine for those of us who feel drawn into their world. They have the ability to reflect our brightest and darkest qualities back to us while simultaneously holding space for us, offering the opportunity to step into the highest version of who we can be.
For these reasons, and so many more, I have dedicated myself to elevating the collective consciousness and perception of the value and purpose of horses.
I hold this work alongside my herd who are my partners in business and life. Every single offering through Equine Elevation has been co-created with my horses. Their teachings are infused in everything we do.
MEET THE HERD
The Equine Elevation herd is a very special collective of horses. They are not only my greatest source of inspiration, they are also my co-creation partners in life and business.
Every offering, container and course has been influenced by them in some way. Whether that be through their teachings as medicine horses, the personal journeys we have walked together, or their desire to create an offer that supports them in the fulfillment of their purpose as individuals and as a collective.
It is my honour to share these incredible beings with those who feel called to learn and receive from them.
The current members of the Equine Elevation herd are Dido, Indy and Phantom. We also honour and acknowledge our two beloved mares, Kisses and Rio, who have transitioned into our spirit herd.
I am also honoured to have the opportunity to work with the four other members of the blended herd at our home farm––Skola, April, Treu and Adi. This herd of seven is dynamic in their range of wisdom and teachings. Every session with them is magical, mystical and deeply impactful.

We have offered virtual Horse Medicine sessions and readings in many different ways over the past two years and I continue to be blown away by the powerful experiences our clients have.

Being held in mentorship containers have been some of the most impactful investments I have ever made in myself.
No matter where we are on our personal development journey, we can’t always see the truth of who we are, the circumstances we find ourselves in, or the unconscious patterns that are preventing us from growth and healing.
It is an honour to hold mentorship space for those who feel called to work with us, whether they be equine guardians and professionals or spiritual seekers who find themselves drawn to the medicine of horses.

We are excited to be hosting a variety of educational clinics and retreats at our home farm near Vernon, BC for those who feel called to work in person with myself and the horses.
We will be offering equine bodywork training through Equi-Bow as well as immersive weekend workshops for horse owners who want to create deeper connections with the horses in their lives.
We are also planning group and private Horse Medicine retreat options for those who want to experience the wisdom and teachings of the herd.
